Ms. Charlie Webster is the champion for Malaria No More Campaign, a UK TV broadcaster and malaria survivor. She came to Uganda in March 2018 to document firsthand the country’s experiences around the burden of malaria in the country. As reported elsewhere, the SPEED team joined the Uganda Parliamentary Forum on Malaria and other organizations contributing to the fight against Malaria in Uganda to welcome her to the Parliament of Uganda. While in Uganda, she visited western part of Uganda and interacted with community volunteers leading community level efforts to eliminate the disease.
