One of the ways SPEED works to build capacity in policy analysis is through conducting seminars on key and topical Universal Health Coverage (UHC) policy issues in the country. One of these is financing for UHC and what financing model to adopt. Performance Based Financing (PBF) is one of the models being discussed.
