Prof Freddie Ssengooba on Results based Financing

Uganda’s stakeholders in health sector financing have started a dialogue aimed at guiding the development of the Health Financing Strategy for the next 5 years and beyond. Performance-based financing (also called results-based financing) is one of the innovations that are being proposed for this strategy.
