Uganda’s stakeholders in health sector financing have started a dialogue aimed at guiding the development of the Health Financing Strategy for the next 5 years and beyond. Perforamance-based financing (also called results-based financing) is one of the innovations that are being proposed for this strategy. This recorded presentation (by Associate Professor Freddie Ssengooba) is one among the many speakers that were invited to the national dialogue on Performance-based financing in Kampala, Uganda on 26th March 2014.
